ILF and the Coalition of Asian American Business Organizations (CAABO) hosted the 2016 Leadership & Business Luncheon to promote two key components: Achievement of Present and Future APA Leaders Business Legacy and Community Development.

There is a desire in the Asian Pacific American (APA) community to emphasize its role in consumerism, leadership, and representation locally, nationally, and globally. The hosts expressed gratitude to dedicated leaders who persistently worked hard to inspire the next generation. The prominent leaders discussed how APAs can further achieve their goals as well as share their personal stories. Those leaders were given prestigious awards. Additionally, the Civic Fellows and Young Ambassadors presented their testimonies to appreciate ILF Advisors.
